These strategic initiatives contributed to an impressive increase in our total turnover, marking a major milestone in our growth and reinforcing our position as a leading force in the industry.
People Development: Expanding our team & investing in talent
Our team expanded by over 20 experts as we embraced more challenging projects and strengthened our capabilities. We also made a strong commitment to the development of our people, offering a range of personal and professional growth opportunities through specialized seminars and educational programs.
Digitalization: New Website, ERP system and HRM tool
Innovation begins at the core. Throughout 2024, we enhanced our digital infrastructure by upgrading hardware, software, and tools to better support our teams and transform business processes. In addition to the major development of our new ERP system and HRM tool, a standout achievement was the launch of our redesigned website, protasis.energy. With a focus on user experience, the new site makes it easier for visitors to explore our services, discover our history, and connect with us.
New Qualification: PROTASIS has been qualified by SEC
PROTASIS has been officially qualified by the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) as a consultant for Power System Planning Studies in Power Generation and Transmission for projects throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This recognition highlights our expertise and strengthens our reputation as a trusted partner for complex, high-profile projects in the region.
EU Projects: Participation in 6 ongoing and new EU-funded projects
Our engagement in EU-funded initiatives highlights our commitment to driving a sustainable energy future. In 2024 we played a key role in six ongoing projects as well as several new initiatives, such as:
