About The Role:
We're looking for a Smart Meters Specialist to staff our Audit & Field Applications Department.
During your day, you will:
- Manage and resolve technical errors or defects
- Coordinate with the Software Support Team to manage and resolve technical issues effectively
- Oversee and manage meter data collection systems, such as HES/AMI
- Work closely with the Software Support and Operation Team
- Engage with customers to develop and implement meter firmware and configurations, ensuring smooth operation of applications
- Actively contribute to process enhancements and advancements
To be a fit, you will need:
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering or other related, quantitative fields
- 4+ years of experience in related field
What you need to stand out:
- Experience in working with solutions, both software and hardware
- Meters/ Metering Equipment /Smart meters and configuration tools
- Familiarity with communication technologies (e.g. LTE, NB-IoT)
- IT Skills are a strong plus
- Headend (HES) / Advance Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Systems knowledge is desirable
- Information and Data Processing Skills are desirable
- Experience and knowledge of electric utility smart metering (Telemetering) is desirable
