About the role:
We're looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to staff our Applications Design & Consulting Department.
The main responsibilities are related to the management and the extension of the existing EV platform that incorporates both CPO and EMSP operations and which is supporting one of the main charging networks in Greece.
During your day, you will:
- Actively participate in daily meetings with the developers and the Product Owner to discuss any technical issues and the progress of new features implementation
- Coordinate agile ceremonies
- Actively contribute to the design of new modules and the extension / optimization of the existing platform architecture
- Coordinate the effective resolution of technical issues in cooperation with the developers
- Cooperate with the Support Teams of our software vendors if needed for resolving an incident
- Prepare reports for our customers as requested and work closely with the Data Services team for more advanced cases
To be a fit, you will need:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software development
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
What you need to stand out:
- Solid background in programming (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript etc.) is a strong plus
- Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and Cloud technologies is desirable
- Familiarity with database technologies (relational, NoSQL) is desirable
- Knowledge of OCPP / OCPI protocols is a plus
- Experience in e-Mobility Platforms: CPO (Charge Point Operator) and e-Mobility Service Provider (EMSP) will be considered as an advantage
