About the Role:
As a Sales Support Engineer for International Business, you will provide sales support and customer service to international clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s products and services. You will address commercial & technical issues, be part of our Sales Management process and assume various roles in our Commercial Department to provide the right solution, and maintain strong relationships with global customers.
During your day, you will:
- Provide sales and business support for existing and new customers
- Handle incoming queries and issues related to PROTASIS’ products and services
- Communicate with international customers via phone, email, and other channels to resolve their issues promptly and effectively and to follow up on proposals and offers
- Analyze business requirements, identify solutions guiding customers through step-by-step PROTASIS’ products and services
- Coordinate with other departments in compiling proposals and offers to address customers’ requirements
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
- Stay updated on the company’s products and services to provide accurate information and support
- Gather customer feedback and relay it internally for continuous improvement
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with PROTASIS’ policies and international regulations
To be a fit, you will need:
- Engineering degree preferably in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in similar positions preferably in the international energy sector
- Sufficient technical background to understand company’s products and services portfolio
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally if required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
