About the Role:
As an Office Manager at PROTASIS S.A., you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and support our team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
During your day, you will:
- Oversee daily office operations, including the management of supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Provide administrative support to executives and staff, such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, supplies, and other services
- Support company events, meetings and conferences
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for office-related expenditures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Develop and implement intra-office communication protocols to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with the Headquarter Office (e.g. Finance, Commercial, Technical, Digital Transformation)
To be a fit, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or a similar role
- Proven ability to speak and write English fluently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices
