Mid-Senior Cybersecurity Consultant (OT)

About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Mid-Senior Cybersecurity Consultant (OT) to join our OT Cybersecurity Services Department.

During your day, you will:

• Assist in the implementation of cybersecurity projects related to OT systems
• Perform and contribute to vulnerability and risk assessments for OT systems to identify assets, vulnerability and risks
• Analyze the architecture and infrastructure of OT environments across diverse industries and co-lead assessments of ICS/OT systems (e.g., SCADA, DCS, IIoT), identifying cybersecurity risks and proposing mitigation strategies
• Support the development and customization of ICS security internal processes, procedures, frameworks and methodologies based on established standards (e.g. ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 etc.)
• Contribute to the design and implementation of cybersecurity controls and solutions tailored to industrial systems
• Consult clients so that SCADA operations and cyber security management processes are performed in an audit-capable manner
• Collaborate with IT, OT, and engineering teams to integrate security into operational processes and technology lifecycles
• Conduct research on emerging threats, technologies, and best practices in industrial cybersecurity
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, methodology refinement, and capability building within the OT Cybersecurity team

To be a fit, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information systems, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field will be considered an asset
• Minimum of two [2] & up to five [5] years of experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity roles
• Experience in managing cybersecurity in OT environments is a strong plus
• Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies and compliance frameworks
• Solid knowledge of common network devices (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls) and their configuration in industrial environments
• Sound understanding of core OT security concepts, (e.g. network segmentation,
• secure remote access, IT/OT convergence, patch management, etc.) and common OT cybersecurity threats and attack vectors (e.g., ransomware, supply chain attacks, remote access exploitation, etc.)
• Foundational understanding of OT network communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, CIP, Modbus, OPC/UA, GOOSE/MMS etc.) and industrial networking topologies (e.g., ring, star, etc.)
• Familiarity with internationally recognized OT security standards, frameworks and regulations (e.g., IEC 62443 / ISA 99, NIST SP 800–82/-53, NIS2, NCCS, CRA)
• Professional certifications in Cybersecurity / OT (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443 Fundamentals Specialist, CC, CISSP, CISM, GICSP) or vendor-specific tools (e.g., Radiflow, Claroty, Nozomi) are considered a plus
• Passion for OT cybersecurity and advisory work, with a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Ability to travel and work abroad mainly for domestic projects (up to 15%)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
• Strong verbal and writing skills in English and Greek
