Marketing Specialist

About the role:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team and support the development of high-quality content and communication initiatives.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, contributing primarily to content creation, storytelling, and marketing communications, while supporting campaigns, events, and sales enablement activities.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional with strong writing skills and experience in B2B technical environments.

During your day, you will:

• Research, write, and edit blog articles, case studies and success stories, corporate and partner articles
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging, business-oriented content
• Support the ongoing development of website and blog content
• Apply SEO best practices in collaboration with the team and external partners
• Adapt long-form content into social media posts, website updates, e-mail marketing campaigns, media and advertorial articles
• Support messaging for awareness and communication campaigns
• Create and update brochures, one-pagers, corporate presentations, product and solution overviews
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity
• Support marketing activities for conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events
• Prepare pre- and post-event communication materials
• Support partner and client communication initiatives in collaboration with internal teams

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing or communications (experience in technical or product-driven environments is a strong plus)
• Experience in B2B, energy, engineering, technology, or infrastructure sectors
• Proven experience in long-form content creation (articles, blogs, case studies)
• Solid working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and SEO fundamentals
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, SoftOne) and email marketing tools
• Basic familiarity with digital marketing tools (Meta, Google ads, LinkedIn ads)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
