IT Systems & Cloud Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking an IT Systems & Cloud Administrator to join our IT Department (part of the Operations & Information Systems Security Division), to support the design, implementation, and operation of our hybrid IT infrastructure (on-premise & cloud).
We are building a modern, secure, and scalable IT environment and we are looking for professionals who want to actively contribute to that journey. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience, strong technical expertise across Microsoft 365 and infrastructure systems, and a security-first mindset aligned with modern IT governance frameworks.

During your day, you will:

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune)
• Manage identity & access management (IAM), including MFA, Conditional Access, and RBAC policies
• Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments
• Support virtualization platforms (Hyper-V / VMware ESXi)
• Monitor and maintain endpoint management & security posture (Microsoft Intune, Defender)
• Implement and maintain backup & disaster recovery solutions
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on IT projects and deployments
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and asset inventories

To be a fit, you will need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Systems Administration / Cloud Administration
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory environments
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management (Intune or similar)
• Familiarity with backup, DR, and business continuity practices
• Microsoft Certifications (or equivalent knowledge) is considered a strong plus
• Experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure services is considered a strong plus
