About the Role:
Are you a highly motivated HR Professional looking for your next challenge?
We currently have an exciting vacancy for an HR Business Partner to join our HR team.
During your day, you will:
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, website etc.
- Support line managers in the recruitment and selection process, working closely with the HR Director
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, including employee records management, HRIS maintenance, onboarding, offboarding, and policy implementation, to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience
- Run exit interviews and analyze exit trends related to attrition
- Complete hiring process (contact employees, document collection and check, relevant reporting)
- Design and update the job descriptions, job analysis and assist in implementation of the grading system
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment events and employer branding activities
- Produce and analyze People data, prepare key performance metrics, identify trends & provide insights with the HR Director and take actions to improve performance
- Facilitate a positive organizational culture and work environment
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making
To be a fit, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred)
- Experience 5-7 years of HRBP or Senior HR Generalist or an HR role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Payroll Platforms
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in Greek & English
- Teamwork & ability to work cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced
- High integrity and commitment to confidentiality
- Familiarity with the energy sector, including oil, gas, and renewable energy, is highly beneficial
