About the Role:

Are you a highly motivated HR Professional looking for your next challenge?
We currently have an exciting vacancy for an HR Business Partner to join our HR team.

During your day, you will:

  • Support the implementation of compensation and benefits programs, including salary and benefits reviews, benchmarking, and pay adjustments, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards
  • Manage payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
  • Manage labor law-related issues including but not limited to employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws
  • Ensure accurate, real-time data entry in both ERGANI and HRIS systems
  • Assist HR operations, generate HR metrics, and present insights to the HR Director
  • Prepare, calculate and present Payroll
  • Produce and analyze People data, identify trends & provide insights with the HR Director and take actions to improve compensation & benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with Greek Employment Law, payroll tax obligations, and internal policies in payroll calculations
  • Facilitate a positive organizational culture and work environment
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making

To be a fit, you will need:

  • Βachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred)
  • Experience 5-7 years of HRBP or Senior HR Generalist or an HR role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Payroll Platforms
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in Greek & English
  • Teamwork & ability to work cross-functionally
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced
  • High integrity and commitment to confidentiality
  • Familiarity with the energy sector, including oil, gas, and renewable energy, is highly beneficial
