About the Role:

We are looking for a Distribution Network Engineer to join our team, supporting a strategic project related to the structuring and optimization of distribution network construction and maintenance activities.

In this role, you will contribute to the analysis, documentation, classification, and standardization of field works, supporting the development of a structured technical framework that will enhance planning, costing, and operational efficiency of distribution network activities.

This position is ideal for an engineer with strong analytical thinking, technical curiosity, and attention to detail, who is interested in understanding how field operations translate into structured engineering and planning knowledge.

During your day, you will:

  • Collect, document, and analyze technical information related to works performed on the electricity distribution network
  • Examine and break down field activities into their core components, including materials, equipment, procedures, and execution sequences, building a clear technical understanding of how works are performed
  • Evaluate technical requirements, execution conditions, and key factors affecting performance, contributing to a realistic representation of field operations
  • Support the development of structured technical documentation and datasets, forming a reliable knowledge base for future planning and optimization
  • Contribute to defining technical grouping and classification criteria for network works, based on factors such as purpose, type of infrastructure, execution complexity, and environmental conditions
  • Participate in the design of a framework that supports standardization, reporting, and cost estimation
  • Collaborate with utility teams, and other stakeholders to validate assumptions, refine classifications, and ensure practical applicability of outputs
  • Support the preparation of technical reports, structured deliverables, and documentation, clearly presenting findings, methodology, and recommendations

To be a fit, you will need:

  • University or Technical degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in engineering roles related to energy, infrastructure, construction
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex technical information
  • Interest in field operations, construction works, and infrastructure systems
  • Familiarity with technical proposal preparation and technical activities
  • Ability to work in structured project environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong willingness to learn about energy infrastructure, digital solutions, and project development
