About the Role:

We are looking for an Assistant Programme Manager to join our team and help lead our smart meter supply project in Athens. In this role, you will act as a project coordinator, ensuring the smooth execution of each phase of the project, from planning to deployment. You will be working closely with a team of experts across different departments, managing timelines, resolving issues, and ensuring that all milestones are met.

During your day, you will:

  • Coordinate the supply of smart meters, ensuring the project stays on track with deadlines, quantities, and budget
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, IT, logistics) and external stakeholders (manufacturer, end-client) to deliver on project milestones
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and mitigating them proactively
  • Maintain clear communication channels across departments to ensure seamless execution
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and improvements in the project process
  • Ensure that the goals of the technical development roadmap are met throughout the project

To be a fit, you will need:

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or similar roles, ideally in tech or energy sectors. Experience in working with utilities is highly appreciated
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar)
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and adapt to evolving project demands
